Working Principle:Check valves are core components in hydraulic and pneumatic systems that restrict fluid to one-way flow and prevent reverse backflow. Compatible with media such as mineral oil, fuel oil, and compressed air, they are widely used in industrial machinery, fluid conveying systems, and other fields.

Technical Features:The core structure consists of a valve body (carbon steel / stainless steel), valve core, elastic gasket, and valve seat. It adopts a metal-to-metal + elastic dual-sealing structure: low-pressure sealing is ensured by the elastic gasket, while high-pressure sealing is guaranteed by the metal valve seat. Forward fluid pressure pushes the valve core to open, enabling flow with minimal pressure drop (maximum flow rate: 5m/s); in the reverse direction, the valve core fits tightly against the valve seat to block the flow channel, achieving one-way shutoff.

Key Parameters:Standard opening pressure: 1bar (customizable: 0.5-3bar);Temperature resistance: Carbon steel type: -40℃~+120℃, Stainless steel type: -60℃~+200℃;Prior to delivery, undergo low-pressure leakage testing and 1.33x high-pressure resistance testing.Installation requires pipeline cleaning and alignment with the flow direction as per the arrow marking; For special media, customization of gaskets and valve body materials is available.
