3 Metal-to-Metal Seals:

- Ferrule-to-pipe edge seal

- Ferrule-to-fitting body 24° taper seal

- Nut-to-fitting body thread seal

Ensuring rigid sealing under high pressure.


3 Elastic Seals: O-ring embedded within the ferrule (primary elastic seal), flat sealing gasket on the ferrule's outer diameter (secondary elastic seal), and flat sealing insert within the nut (tertiary elastic seal).


2. Key Characteristics


Working Pressure: L Light Duty (up to 500 bar), S Heavy Duty (high-temperature applications and up to 800 bar).

Seal Material: Standard nitrile rubber (NBR, -35°C to +100°C); upgradeable to fluorocarbon rubber (VITON, -25°C to +200°C) for high-temperature chemical environments.

Material Options: Carbon steel, stainless steel.
